My weight has been stabilizing around the 81/82kg level for the past 3 weeks or so. Is this normail - have I hit a wall? Slightly frustrating as it feels like all the pain without the gain. Perhaps its the diet - or to be exact not following the diet to the t. I've settled on a routine of working out at night... skipping to start, then dinner, then the weight exercises 1hr later.
You've got company... I've plateaued too, and it looks like a few others have as well. Will be interested to hear what Patrick has to say about this phase and our progress.
